CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the efficient scheduling of appointments and provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented a late, cancellation, and no-show policy. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

1. Arrival Time:
a. We recommend arriving at the salon 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary consultations.

 

b. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that tardiness may impact the duration and quality of your service.

​

2. Grace Period:
a. We provide a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this 10-minute window, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment, although there may be a potential adjustment to the remaining appointment duration.


b. If you arrive after the 10-minute grace period, we regretfully inform you that your appointment cannot be fulfilled due to potential disruptions to our schedule and the inconvenience caused to other clients.

3. Late Arrival Charges:
a. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and your appointment cannot be fulfilled, your card on file will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.

4. Cancellation Charges:
a. To secure your appointment, your credit card information will be taken at the time of booking. This card will be charged the entire price of the service should you no show.


b. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full price of the appointment to the card on file.


c. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the service price to the card on file.

5. Card on File:
a. By providing your card information, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable late arrival, cancellation, or no-show charges. Should the card not authorize when we attempt to charge it, we will try again until it authorizes. Should the card not go through after 5 attempted tries, you will be blocked from booking with us again, and legal action will be taken.

6. Failed Payment:
a. In the event that the card on file does not go through when we attempt to charge it, we will make a second attempt in 3 days. If the payment fails again, we will try up to 5 times. If the payment fails after all those attempts, we will pursue alternative methods of collection as permitted by law, and you will be blocked from booking with us again.

7. No-Show Policy:
a. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification (no call no show), the full price of the service will be charged to the card on file.

8. Future Appointments:
a. For all future appointments, if you have a no-call-no-show, we will require the full service price to be paid at the time of booking, and this payment will be non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within the required time frame (48 hours).

9. Exceptions:
a. We understand that certain circumstances may be beyond your control, such as unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us immediately to inform us of your situation, and we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

        b. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties without your            consent, except as required by law or in cases where it is necessary for providing our services.

        a. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from                unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
        b. All our staff members are trained in handling personal information with confidentiality and are          bound by strict privacy policies.

3. Appointment Records:
        a. Our salon maintains a record of your appointments, including the services provided, stylist                preferences, and any relevant notes, to ensure consistency and meet your individual needs.
        b. These records are kept confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing                          personalized services during your visits to our salon.

4. Communication:
        a. We may contact you regarding your appointments, service reminders, promotions, or other              salon-related information through email, text messages, or phone calls.
        b. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please let us know, and we will respect your          preferences.

5. Third-Party Services:
        a. Our salon may utilize third-party service providers or software to facilitate appointment                      scheduling, payment processing, or other related services.
        b. These service providers are carefully selected, and we ensure that they uphold high standards          of privacy and data security.

6. Children's Privacy:
        a. We welcome clients of all ages, including children. However, if you are under the age of 16,              we require parental consent before collecting any personal information or performing any                    services.

        b. We ask that children only attend if they are having a service performed. As a parent, you wre            welcome to stay during their appointment, however we do not allow children as guests, or                    guests other than a minor's parent at any time unless previously discussed.

7. Safety and Hygiene:
       a. Our salon maintains strict cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and well-               being of our clients.
       b. We follow proper sanitation protocols, sterilize tools and equipment, and use high-quality                 products that comply with relevant health and safety regulations.

8. Liability:
       a. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, our salon cannot be held liable           for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur on our premises or as a result of our services,                   except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Policy Updates:
       a. We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy and safety policy at any time. Any                     changes will be communicated to you through our salon's website, notice boards, or direct                   communication channels.
